Thank you for shopping with Bearcat & Mango! Because every single name label, sticker sheet, and photo magnet is custom-designed, printed, and precision-cut locally at our studio in Calgary, Alberta, we take extra care to ensure your items are packaged beautifully and arrive safely.

⏱️ Processing & Production Times

Unlike standard mass-produced retail items, all of our products are made-to-order just for you.

• Standard Production Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to design, print, cut, and pack your custom order before it is handed off to our shipping partners.

• During peak seasonal rushes (such as the August Back-to-School season), production times may extend slightly. We will always display current production estimates clearly on our homepage.

We believe in complete transparency, which is why every single order we ship includes 100% full end-to-end tracking with delivery confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order leaves our Calgary studio.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our couriers and are not strictly guaranteed. Unforeseen weather, holiday backlogs, or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery dates.

📍 Regional Delivery Exclusions

To ensure our custom-made items maintain a high level of tracking accuracy and comply fully with regional e-commerce frameworks, we currently restrict delivery to the following zones:

• Quebec: We do not ship to the province of Quebec at this time due to local provincial language and labeling regulations.

• The Territories: We do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut at this time due to carrier tracking limitations and extended transport constraints to remote zones.

If a checkout is attempted with a shipping address inside these excluded regions, the system will automatically prevent the order from processing. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

🔎 How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been custom-printed and passes our strict quality control, it is securely packed and handed off to our tracked shipping partners.

• Automatic Notifications: The moment your package leaves our Calgary studio, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email.

• Real-Time Tracking: This email contains a dedicated tracking link that updates in real-time.

• Door-to-Door Updates: You will be able to follow your package's journey every step of the way, right until it safely arrives in your mailbox or on your front porch.

💡 Note: Please allow 24 to 48 hours from receiving your email for the courier network to scan the package and update the initial tracking status.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because our products are entirely customized with your child's name, we cannot issue refunds for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the corrected address.
